Pool Heat Costs Per Week: ($175/7 nights) or $25.00 per night.
If booking 6 Nights or less, a cleaning fee of $175.00 will be charged. No charge for cleaning for 7 night bookings.
Balance Due 60 Days Before Arrival Date.
$250.00 deposit will hold your vacation home.
Deposits are non-refundable unless we can re-book the home for those dates. However, if we are unable to book the home, we will be happy to apply all payments towards another available date.
